Beyond the Beast: A Witcher's Eco-Legacy
How one hell of an ugly critter is helping to offset over 1.5 million Tonnes CO2e.
In 2021 our Installation for Netflix’ The Witcher toured the UK. Whilst a very successful experiential campaign, perhaps its most worthy legacy is the ongoing CO2 emissions avoidance it sponsored.
As part of our sustainable production system, we invested into two excellent international projects on behalf our clients Experience12 and Netflix to offset the project’s total carbon footprint of 51 Tonnes.
The Tambopata-Bahuaja Biodiversity Reserve in Peru, and Nongwang wind farm project in Thailand, have respectively avoided 457,750 and 131,883 CO2e from entering the atmosphere every year. That’s a staggering 1.75m CO2e since the project.
We’re proud of all our work, but mightily proud of our commitment to our beautiful planet. To date we’ve assisted reforestation with 2700 trees planted, 21 international renewable energy projects, and offset 187 tonnes CO2e attributed to our projects’ footprints.
